existing website redesign (finishing touches)

Our current (hobby) website is up and running, but needs some final touches to get that real professional look. Currently used psd template is available.
Pages that need to be 'touched' up:
- main page under the header
- individual article page (l/page for google) in 2 or 3 variations
- entry page for user-made photo albums
- entry page for link database
The pages now consist of a big header incl flash (which is already OK) and the rest of the information. This 'rest' needs to be redesigned, including a new pull down menu that comes with the look and feel of the site. I can sent you the url(s) in a PM...
As the currently used template is available (including some new own graphics which can be used) and we are running the website as a hobby
we do not have a big budget. Theme of the website is cats. Looking for an animal lover AND experienced designer who can do this in his spare time for the love of it, and some pocket money :-)
