Graphic Design Custom Wordpress Theme (Expert Work)

Sorry, have to put expert work to keep from getting a million bids from people who have no prior work and portfolios to be able to show me of the jobs they have done. Sure you can understand. So anyways, yes, as the title states I am looking for a new custom design WordPress theme. I want something that really screams awesome to any visitor. I will expound more on the project below. Please make sure you read everything and are fully aware of what you are bidding on before wasting both of our time. Sorry to have to make that statement but I had one individual who did not one time and tried to cancel out with a "To busy to do the job" loophole in Vworker after I had chosen him and sent the other bidders on their way. Needless to say I was not letting him off the hook for being carelessly ignorant and pointed out his erronius mistakes and forced him to do the job right under the scrutiny of myself and the arbitrator. I'm not going to waste time redoing another bid and I'm surely not going back to those that were not chosen originally. Who wants to be chosen as a fall back guy? No one. Sorry to elaborate on the issue so heavily, just wanted to point out how important detail is to me. Please don't think I 'm a d!ck, but I have priorities just like you fine folks. ## Deliverables I have no problems paying an advance deposit and am open to length of completion time. Please jut make sure you can deliver in the time frame we agree on. By the way, before I get started let me say 2 things. 1) I love to write and this is more of an on the side thing for me. However, I have heavily studied various aspects of business and marketing and I'm hoping to attract a little traffic to my site for Adsense ads. I am really good at SEO. I was always pretty fascinated by it. So if my *winning* bidder wants me to take a glance at their site and help make some recommendations I have no problems with that. 2) Whomever I end up choosing should ideally be looking for more WP theme projects in the future under the same criteria, just different subjects. I am looking for someone who already knows what I'm basically looking for after we've finished this project so future projects will be easier to design from both our perespectives. So that is why I really want My ideal candidate for this project will have: * Done Wordpress Theme designs before with nice rich graphic designs * Has creative ability and can think outside of the box * Is attentive and focused to detail * Has my best interest at heart * Help advise me in the use of ideal layout formats and other particulars he is more of an expert at * Be well acquainted with the underlying code of WordPress for the basis of overlaying the graphics successfully Just a few more things. The underlyin theme of my site is stocks and I will go into more particulars with the winning bidder. Here are 2 last factors that are a must in this project: 1) I will require a particular graphic in one other on the WP theme other than the header. Let me state that the graphic itself is not really important as the purpose it is for which is to draw attention to a particular spot without actually drawing attention to it (the Adsense ad). We can discuss the actual graphic when the time comes to implement it. 2) I need the finished graphics for the layout also applied to a simple html document for my [login to view URL] home page that the Wordpress will be connected to. Obviously I don't want a home page that looks nothing like my blog. The other pages of the site will basically just be static pages on the wordpress blog. This part right here should not be means to get uppity. An HTML document is by no means a difficult task. I am ok with underlying code and have Dreamweaver so if you can just create a navigation bar (for the links like Home, About Us, Contact Us etc.) and footer (for the site map) and type "Home" so I can find it and add in the others like About Us and Contact etc as well as add in the links I can type in the other parts and create the hyperlinks.
