Graphics/CSS Design needed for User Cart System

My programmer has worked with me to develop a Cart System for my business
It is much like EBAY or Amazon or your typical shopping cart. There are 3 main sections:
1) Basket
2) Cart
3) Container Arrangement

What I would like from you is a CSS/Template/Design/Graphics for our system. Right now, it very much lacks design and confuses the user. Therefore you would be handling the CSS, graphics, layout, templating.
To see if you are right for the job, please draw up with Photoshop or Illustrator some mockups of the 3 sections You need to think about the layout and graphics that you would be using.
If you are more interested, please show me your work and mockup designs. PM for more details.
Project budget: Range from $50 USD to $200 USD depending on the level of work. Do not overbid if you are not a good designer.
