header and footer ..Email stationary

I need a nice looking header for the top of my emails.

it is 600 X 150 pixels.

It would be my brand stationery ,frames my html emails.

Needs to have my name and phone number.

Design wise could be on white ,but would love to see some cool and simple ideas

I love simple like all of apples e mails
