354534 Joomla CSS & graphics project

JOOMLA project for programmer experienced with GRAPHIC DESIGN and CSS to work on an automotive website. Would like to borrow ideas from [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] in terms of module styles. Don't want the exact same look as these sites, but similar. Programmer will: - Build (3) new module class suffixes and one page class suffix style to the CSS. I want to be able to select different styles for my modules and page. MUST know how to design in case you need to add a graphic to the class suffix. - Need Buy A Car and Sell A Car graphics created so I can place these in custom modules on the homepage. Look at [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] for examples of what I'm looking for. Have graphics you can use to make these. - Position the header (I already designed), search module, login module, and top menu how I want them. Also, need a new look for my top menu. May need to edit CSS for this. - Make two new pages - a News page and a Resources page. Will explain how I want these to look. Pretty simple. Again, you need to know graphic design and CSS.
