Migrate website from home grown CMS to a comercial CMS (Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal, etc)

I have a website that was built out of regular HTML then it was converted to a CMS solution that some random guy built. Now I cannot access the back end of this CMS tools and I need to make changes ASAP.

I am looking for someone to convert this site to Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, etc... I do not know which one would be the best for this website so I am up for suggestions.

I do not need any changes to the site made. Just a straight copy so I can continue to edit the site after we are done.
