182052 Small clone of existing site

I am looking for a new website which will be almost a clone of one we already own. Currently I have [login to view URL] We have recently started doing business in India and I have purchased [login to view URL] I want this new site to be smaller than the original, only about 18 to 20 pages. The content will be almost identical to the original. I am looking for the new site to be branded the same as the .com one as it is our company image. I will give the successful bidder a list of the pages I want created. (see below) Some of these pages have functionally behind them such as filling in forms and submitting details or requests for information. I want the same functionality in the new site. This is quite a simple job.
