77777 Template Design

I need the following: An index page template with a flash based header which has a small loop effect for starters ( this should be like a banner incorporated into the design ) This should have a login box for members similar to that of paypal's to the left hand side with the links below it: - "forgot password" - "Join now" The design is for a free webhosting company and will allow users to signup and host their sites - there should also be space on the front page to show a plan upgrade so they get more features / more space for a monthly price instead of free hosting. The second or inner page should have the same design / flash based banner but with the following buttons / sections visible: - Welcome - Login - Learn More - Join - Email - Search I will need to see a portfolio of your work I need flash / graphical pleasing work ( the flash should be quite small and would just require a loop with a nice effect ) I will need this in either PSD / PNG / and in HTML format.
