Web site templates and Logo design

We need a graphics designer for design a all new site for a service oriented web.
We need the layout for pages and forms to be used with our "Ruby on Rails" development already started.
We also need a logo or something else to be used for merchandising inside the web site.
Deliverables: css for entire site, .png graphics and xhml templates for home page, forms, presentation,.... up to 10 different layout.
The site will be in spanish and english.
