Webdesign for school web (PSD only)

Hello. I need graphic design for website of small primary school. Aim is on: - nice and fresh graphic (it's primary school) - some examples in attachments (just examples of what director liked, not decisive) - UX, clarity - accessibility (good color contrast, font sizes) - simplicity - 2 column layout, but I don't like very grid-like layouts (like templates for free cms - I have own cms, so there are no limitations in creativity) - complete design with examples of links, forms, menu hovers, website background alternative for higher resolutions (1920px width max) - default layout in aprox. 1000px width I need only PSD. I will code layout on my own. !!! Final webdesign is not on me (but on selection of director of school). I need to see your references of previous works to decide, who should make something, that the director will agree with. !!! !!!
