Website Creation - Hosting site

This should be a fairly straight forward project for the right person. I have a hosting website design that needs a few finnishig touches. The main header and menu layout is there. The design needs to be completed chopped up and coded and uploaded to my server. I will also require Log in area for cpanel users directly from my site hompage Support ticket integration 4-5 diffrernt forms. 2 will need to be multipage and dependant on previous answers variables. The site DOESNT need automatic account set up or integration with WHM at this stage. I need to be able to easily add pages and make changes. I have limited html skills and can use dreamweaver ok. If you can supply me with cpanel private label tutorials at a good price then please quote this as a seperate bid in PMB. (it just needs my company logo and name at start of each tutorial) Site is about 12-13 pages at moment. I have site concept if interested let me know. Please dont post ramblings on how your company is the best in the world etc etc. Just post your bid, any questions, some honest examples of your work (i will check their authenticity as best i can) and in PMB we can discuss project further.
