139559 Website Template Needed

HTML & Graphic design knowledge required.

I am looking for a simple, clean, sharp website template for our directory site. I would like the template to be similar to [url removed, login to view] This template is going to be very light on graphics and design, but I need someone who can be creative to match our logo colors and look.

We have a logo and images that can be used within the template, these will be supplied to the bidder we choose for the project.

I would like two variations on the same design. The homepage will be a centered fitted design similar to [url removed, login to view] and the search result/directory template would be full screen as on this page: [url removed, login to view]

I am looking for a unique template, please do not bid on this project if you are just going to send me a template purchased online, I can find all those myself. Also I am not looking for someone to copy [url removed, login to view]'s design just something along those lines.
