Wordpress Shopping Theme

Im looking for someone who can create me a theme that I can use for affiliate marketing.
I want to use a theme that has the ability to be used for a dozen sites that basically do the same, but they require a slightly different touch to it.
The theme has to be a shopping theme and it has to be optimized to be used for affiliate links.
An example that I really like is:

These are just two examples.
The theme has to be used for the following categories: Jeans, Dresses, Handbags, Shirts, Shoes, so on so forth. So if there's the ability to change colors and stuff to make it more compatible with what kind of domain and site it's running that would best. I can do that myself in CSS, please provide the theme in PSD as well.
Going through [url removed, login to view] there are a number of things that I like.
- It's clean,
- The colors are great
- It's a shopping theme
- It's optimized for affiliate marketing
- It's soft, no rough edges
I want the same but not 100% copied, I want something fresh, but not too wild.
The mainpage has to have the ability to show Featured products, and it has to show like on [url removed, login to view] a part where you can put a little news message from a certain category.
When you click on a product it has to have code in the loop that calls up custom fields.
It has to show a order button, the price, the old price / new price thing, an image, a description etc.
Widget spots should be the usual, left, right, center-top, center-bottom etc. To maximize usability.
That's roughly what I require.
A wordpress theme with the above requirements, easily modified with soft touches as colors to fit other sites I want to start. And a nice logo that's clean, that I can modify with a PSD to fit other names.
