We are setting up [url removed, login to view] for customer support inquiries and support. It will be fully integrated with our existing website. We have hundreds of emails on file already, plus new FAQ/ product support writing copy to add to the website.
Although on the surface this isn't a difficult job, it requires a pro-active business savvy person who can think logically about the information we provide you. We want customers to have a smooth experience and this is the main portal through which all customer service needs will be answered.
CSS coding + HTML editing to customise the CRM system will be required.
