Makes changes to Volusion One Page Checkout page

We are soon to have our Volusion web site completed (by Volusion).
Overall I am happy with the site but the one page checkout is poorly designed and I want some changes made to it (having asked Volusion it seems what you get is what they offer - there is no way they will make the changes I want).
The main issue is that fact the that "Place Order" button is near the top of the page but by the time the customer has entered their billing address, shipping address and payment details the "Place Order" button is no longer visible and the customer has to scroll back up the page to click it.
If the "Place Order" button could move down the page as the customer scroll down that would be ideal. More simply if the "Place Order" button could be placed in line with the payment details that would solve the problem too.
