I created a wireframe for this project here:
[url removed, login to view]
Can you create a main navigation bar (with a placeholder logo and 3 links) and a secondary navigation bar similar in style and functionality to the [url removed, login to view] light gray sub-navigation bar (their sub-navigation bar says Kitchen, Bath, Bedroom, etc)? No need for a search menu. Our sub-navigation bar simply needs to have 10 links.
By default, the sub-nav should display when the page first loads, and then when the user scrolls down the page, it should fade out and disappear. If the user hovers over any part of the main (white) navigation bar or scrolls all the way up, the sub-navigation bar should fade back into view (you can see this on Houzz by scrolling down and then moving your cursor back up to hover over PHOTOS, PRODUCTS, or FIND A PRO in the main navigation. This causes the sub-nav to re-appear).
Here's the difference between what Houzz has and what we want: As the width of the browser window is made smaller, a "MORE" dropdown menu should appear containing the menu options that can't fit into the sub-menu. (The "MORE" menu should only be displayed if there are menu options in the sub-menu which can't fit because of the narrow width of the window).
When the window becomes the size of the iphone landscape size, a blue menu icon should appear in the top left (like on the [url removed, login to view] responsive site). When you click on the menu icon, the icon should rotate (just like on [url removed, login to view]) and a menu should slide in ("off canvas ease-in") from left to right like on the garmin site. The left menu should include the 3 main menu links and 3 additional sub-menu links.
All styles (colors and fonts) should be copied from Houzz (for desktop and tablet) and Garmin (for smaller screen).
* Please do not simply copy the code from Houzz.

Hello, I checked your wireframe and houzz.com carefully. I can know what you want now. I am very skilled in this field. I am ready to start work. Let's discuss more. Thanks.
