dashboard web design & html / css / javascript-html5 - from wireframes need a designer with style

We are Seeking a talented web designer who can help us achieve a light and modern design for our web site that will use alot of real time updating html5 objects.
I am attaching a few drafts that we have created already, and our greatest challenge is how to layout the information using all of the powerful visual elements we already have,and to establish a template design that is equipped to handle our basic site.
We are purchasing the [url removed, login to view] FusionWidgetsXT set of html5 widgets to help us visualize information in real time, to create our dash board home page. Our web designer must be willing to figure out how to use these widgets in a intuitive and non cluttered manner. We are also creating a flash widget from [url removed, login to view] to display real time numerical data in a interesting way, auto updating every 10 seconds casino slot machine style. There is alot to work with to create a fabulous dash board design for us.
You only need to have html/css design skills. Someone else will do the programming/php
We need to create about 5 total page templates once we have achieved a core design.
We are willing to work with existing templates as well, and welcome the input of the designer.
