Facebook app to Gift your firends

I am looking for web and app developer who is skilled in web design, graphics, and facebook application. The website can be developed using Joomla or other CRM. He will be asked to develop a website inside facebook as an application. The website will allow facebook users to create lists of gifts for their friends to buy for them in special occasions such as birthdays. The procedure for users to use the website: 1- allow the app to access required privilege 2- user select the occasion and a list of gifts 3- a message is sent to the user wall to be viewed by all friends or a selected group of friends with a link to the app (website) 4- friends access the website and see the top section with featured gifts and the bottom section with friends with lists of gifts to buy for them. 5- friends can select what to buy for your friend 6- all products will have the choice called "I will Buy it" where the user is notified that his friend will buy him the specific gift. The selected gift will be taken out from the list. 7- some products will have he option of buying and shipping online. He would have to go through a payment process and be able to track it. 8- each product should be identified by a category, supplier, and price. Being able to program a facebook app is not enough for this project, I need a superior graphic dewing for this website. Please ask if you doubt anything before bidding..
