Make my Joomla site look better (fix up)

I have a language learning website that runs on Joomla! 2.5 with Kuena forum and K2 Blog. It uses a Joomforest template with gantry and has Jomsocial.
What I need is my site to be cleaned up and look a little better I have spent a number of weeks messing around with fixing small things and no longer have the time. So what I need is someone to make my site more USER FRIENDLY and more PROFESSIONAL. I will also require the addition of a CHAT function for 1 on 1 conversations with in my site.
There are a number of specific things I need fixed which are as follow.
I need my [url removed, login to view] working (it will be provided)
Fix up my logo positioning
Registration to my site and log in should be a simple log in for with the ability to finish your profile later similar to Free Lancer
I'll also require chat function for those who have logged in.
Also I need users to be able to put down on their profile what languages they are currently learning and to have a side bar that suggests others who are learning the same language as them or are fluent in the language they are learning.
I will also need facebook and twitter integration (I already have API). By this I mean FB comments at the bottom of blogs and the ability to like blog posts. Also a twitter feed with in the site.
My last specific request is the ability to change languages on the site.
Apart from those main things I just want the site looking clean and professional.
