Need Music Videos in Bulk Artist A-Z

Ok here is the whole run down of what is needed. I need a bunch of Music Videos from A-Z that are the actual video file and NOT the .ASX file. Good quality and top artist included. If the list has artist I have never heard of that is fine but must include all of today's top artist as well. The vidoes must have no advertising or website label attached to them. As well it must be the full file. I will request to review 2 of the videos before purchasing to see proper operation within my script. As well I would like to see a list of all videos if possible, if not then a count on how many you have aquired. In case I have not made it clear I am NOT looking for DVD videos! Everything must be downloadable. Now the legal side of the house. Offering music videos is a very touchy legal issue on the web. I have researched and have learned what is needed for my hosting of music videos and sharing of the video code to be legal. But just in case I have missed something I am looking for precise legal advise. Please do not bid unless you can supply everything requested here. The winner of this project has a future work oppurtunity for once every 2-4 months of getting the latest new videos. Thank You P.S.
