I am basically looking for someone that can help me setup a small BPO in the Philippines, perhaps in Iloilo, but I am flexible. I need to find a location, find qualified employees, train staff, and grow accordingly. Someone with strong HR skills with years of BPO would be a huge plus.
I will personally travel to the Philippines to train 6-8 employees once I have selected the staff.
The ideal person could work for me full time or as a consultant to help get things rolling.
