I am in need of HTML/CSS coders for transforming a PSD design into a static website.
I must note that I am also a developer who codes very clean, cross-browser, with applying all the best practises.
So I am looking for an individual or company who can transform this very basic design into a high quality website.
Your code must be:
-Clean and Understandable
-Your naming should have a solid logic
-Should not use tables but only divs
-Cross Browser (if possible with no hacks)
-You should apply all known best practises and do not take a shortcut
Please send in your best and cleanest html/css work as a reference.
And also provide the work 'Clean' in the very beginning of your message.
I must note that,
If I am able to find someone who can produce quality html/css, good with deadlines, responsible and reasonably priced
I want to pass all my html/css work to him/her in a long-term relationship, as a solution partner.
