HTML website needs recreated in frames URGENTLY with good script for search engines!!

I have completed a website in HTML. Now the client wants music added in the background and the site needs recreated in frames so that the music doesnt refresh everytime a new nav button is clicked. The music is done in flash.

Currently the website is this, every time a new button is clicked the music stops and starts from the beginning again: [url removed, login to view]

However I need it to work like this with the sound and feature the same little graphic equalizer animation:

So I need someone to rebuild the site in frames which is as search engine friendly as possible, with the music to work like on the site I mentioned above. Also I don't want any scroll bars visible as the client has seen the first HTML site already without any extra scrollbars that sometimes appears in frames. PM me ASAP to discuss solutions.

There are 6 pages in total, I'm on a tight budget and I need it done in the next few hours!!
