Flash (Private Sale) Sales Website similar to [login to view URL]

We need someone to develop a flash/private sales website with the following characteristics:

Someone can only access the website through membership. Non members can request for invitation. Once they join they start getting emails daily on highly discounted items sold through time bound sales. The sale gets over in 72 hrs and then the next sale starts. Once a member the user can browse current sale as well as see the upcoming sales. We are using the Community Edition of Magento.

We are looking for the following features on community edition:

Private, Members-Only access and login to sales (this is available through the Private Sales plug-in)

Keep login option

Invite friend: invite friend page (twitter, facebook, email id, message, copy the link box (refer OKL), refer a friend (invite new members) with rewards system (available through the Refer a Friend plugin)

Referral program (Referral program VA) and refer a Friend extension

Ability to create private sale / event through admin

Ability to browse current sale and sale ending soon through menu |All sales |upcoming sales |

Common feature on all pages and products:

Sales item display with sale end date feature and sold out when inventory depletes

sort by feature on lowest price or available now (so the sold items will go to the bottom of the page)

Reward Points System

Customer Store Credits

Gift Certificates/Cards (virtual)

Category View and Purchase permissions per on customer group (limited catalog access)

All the features above must be integrated into the admin panel

Upcoming sale page showing Upcoming Events List, or calendar

Mass mail newsletter function

Integration with payment gateway (preferably ogone)

Provision of a test instance of the website for development and testing purpose
