541239 Freelance Site 2nd Round

I'm looking for a web designer and developer to begin the 2nd round of working on my freelance site. This site is specific to the book publishing industry and the freelancers who work in this industry.

I have a current clone site that can be utilized or we can start from scratch. You may PM me for the login to the current site.

I would like someone who is familiar with using [url removed, login to view] where clean css templates can be utilized.

The following items are a requirement to this site:

Subscription service like [url removed, login to view] or something similar, but must be reliable.

Escrow system for users of this site to utilize paying for projects and ensuring they get done - something similar to ScriptLance.

Messaging system so users can communicate with one another

Chat system so users can chat with one another.

Must be able to design and develop professional sites, give examples of previous works and supply references.
