Freeman Outfitters Blog Design

Hello, We have a new blog that we just created at [login to view URL] We would like to incorporate the logo, color and background design used at www.freemanoutfittersusa.com. on the new blog and add the following buttons with links on the existing side bar: Facebook, Twitter, an "Email sign Up" field(linked to the backside of our website),"Do Business with Us" button (We will also need to create a page that this button links to), "Store" button (linking to our store)and an "Email Us" which will allow the customer to submit an email to us and it is sent to the backside of our website. Complete any other necessary items that would be need to fully set up our Tumblr blog. Please submit samples of past work you have done and any suggestions or ideas you may have.
