490363 FFMPEG Codecs & Open Source WordPress Plugin

We have a dedicated server. We need, firstly, FFMPEG installed on the dedicated server, and a broad range of codecs to convert virtually any video format (including avi, dv-avi, Quicktime .mov, mp3, mp4, mpeg-3, mpeg-4, and so on so forth) uploaded into .flv files.

Next, on our Wordpress blog, we want one universal, open-source (un-encrypted) plugin created and then intergrated in to convert virtually any video file format into .flv file to display the .flv files on new blog posts made on the Wordpress Blog.

The Wordpress Blog is of version 3.0.5. strictly, for which no such plugin exists yet. The plugin should be able to work on new wordpress blogs of the same version, on possibly other sites, other domain names as well.

Those who additionally have past projects on doing wordpress plugins will be viewed even more favourably.
