PSD TO WORDPRESS SUBPAGES + Design Tweaks + Functionality

I am looking for someone that can start on this right away and finish it within 24 HOURS. This means you need to be able to communicate on instant messenger and your CODING skills and WORDPRESS SKILLS must be advanced. Project: I have a Wordpress Blog that I need help completing. There are 4 Subpages that are fully coded and ready to put into the Wordpress Theme. The Wordpress Site is already live and functioning. The About Page is nearly completed on Wordpress. 3 Pages Still need to be integrated fully into Wordpress but are coded in html: *Services *Portfolio *Contact - Contact page must also be fully functioning so customers can input information and it will go to my email) Design Tweaks: *Opt In newsletter on the footer needs to match the PSD (right now its missing a layer) *Small design tweaks in the Wordpress Theme like a color change. *Homepage Design Tweak of making the background at the top grey (right now the orange from the header goes out to far). Functionality Tweaks: Opt In Forms (2 of them) Need to be setup with an autoresponder (interspire or aweber) Contact Page (needs to be fully functioning) Services Page (Order Buttons need to work with Paypal or a simple shopping cart) Social Media Buttons (Just need you to input the same plugin from Techcrunch, michaelhyatt .com websites) (not part of project) Extra: If you know how to make a form where you select different services and then you can checkout at the bottom with those chosen, that would be great, this is a separate project. BUDGET: I have only around $50 to spend on the project. There is no coding necessary, just integrating 3 pages into wordpress, some small design tweaks and technical tweaks with plugins. Thanks,
