Aweber Form Data to Vtiger CRM to Zapier to Docusign Setup

Im currently using a CRM that doesn't give me the ability to customize it to my needs. So, I will need a Vtiger expert to setup the custom data fields that I attached into Vtiger and then integrate the following.... 1. Use my existing Aweber Lead Capture form and pass the data collected to Vtiger. (You can either program this or use my Zapier account to pass the data to Vtiger) 2. Aweber must also pass the Name and Phone Number to my CallLoop account. (This can be done either through Aweber settings or with my Zapier account) 3. You will also need to setup the same "Contact Status" that I attached into Vtiger. 4. Once everything is working we will need to manually upload all my existing contact from my other CRM that I'm currently using. ***If task 1-4 is complete and working properly I can go live even if the last task #5 is not complete before Monday. 5. The final part of this project is to take the some of the customer contact and vehicle data data that is collected into Vtiger CRM and I will need to be able to merge the data to a contract template in Vtiger, so I can then send this completed contract to my Docusign account, so the customer can e-sign it. (Zapier can be use to integrate Vtiger and Docusign) Note: This is a live website and live ads are running, so everything will need to be tested before we change the live Aweber form on my website. So it is very important that we do not have any downtime. I am willing to pay a hire rate per hour if you can get this 100% setup before Monday, Dec 28th.
