Bring my company's website up to date

Our company website at [login to view URL] looks dated and old - it needs a design and layout refresh. It also looks rubbish on mobile devices. The whole thing needs to be brighter, crisper and more modern. I'm open to ideas but the key consideration is that we are a very professional business-to-business services company. We're quite young and not very big but we are intelligent and adaptable and very good at what we do and we need the site to communicate that far better than we're doing at the moment.
Information on the site is a little old but is essentially still true. We can update the text our end.
We are looking for a FL to support on this project in the short term but remain available to us for updates and content adjustment going forward. Would welcome proposals on this project.
