Build an Online Store

I am about to start an Onlineshop for dollhouses, toys and more. I have browsed around and so far found Shopify seemed to be quite good for what I need. However I am open to other ideas but have to say "GoDaddy" and "Jimdo" did not really convince me. I already have a logo and would have a designer who can help with design, if needed. However I dont want to overload the page. I am after a creative, playfull, clear design that showcases on the front page the various dollhouses as they are my own designs and so it is important that potential buyers see them straight away. Other than that I will sell furniture and accessoires for the dollhouses. I have to add that one challenge will be to add them in different sizes which would be 1/12 and 1/10. For each size there are different sets of furniture. The toys will be various ones for different ages. And we also want to offer a service to kindergardens or people who work with children and have a waiting room for the. We will offer to design and install a playarea for the kids. I obviously need a well designed page to also be sure to rank high in Google but also it should attract people to want to have a further look and not just click to a different page. There will be a blog, I will need to be on Twitter, Facebook and whatelse there is. Plus I would also like to add a section for Toyparties so where parents get a bonus if they throw a party where we can present our dollhouses/toys. I would also like to have in the Navigation not only dollhouses, toys, service, about us, contact,... but also an age range so lets say from 0-1, 1-2, 2-3, 3-6, 6-10, over 10 (this is just an example), and a price range so maybe 1 - 20 AUD, 20-50 AUD- 50-100 AUD, 100-500 AUD, over 500 AUD. I need someone to set up the store either including on designs or in cooperation with my designer. However once the base is set up I am happy and actually would like to be able to add the products myself. Also the texts for "About Us" and other pages I am happy to provide myself. So its really just the base but also a guidance once its set up how I need to proceed, which area do i need to ensure I add a lot of specific words for the SEO ....
