Need to have an online store setup, in WordPress using WooCommerce or OpenCart for the shop component. PayPal Integration required also.
What can you do in the CMS
- Add / edit / remove products
- Add / edit / remove categories
- Edit / change text on pages (unless in an image)
- Add / change images on pages (unless part of the layout)
- Add / remove pages as well as change the name of pages
- Rearrange the order of pages
- Change / update search engine settings
- Upload documents
- Link to documents for download or viewing (PDF, word, excel etc)
- Create internal or external links
- Manage search engine friendliness
- Header tags
- Page titles
- Meta descriptions and keywords
- Image alt (alternate text) tags
- Run Reports
- Unlimited usage of the Content Management System (CMS)
- Can add unlimited pages once handed over using the CMS
- The ability to create and send out Newsletters to your customers
- *** you can NOT make changes to the layout outside the content area
Design Limitations
The header of your site will be graphically customized to suit your business
- Background colour or pattern of choice
- Animation or image slider introduction of up to 3 images fading and sliding in, we can include any other
graphical or text elements that you wish on the home page.
- Standard store framework Includes
- The horizontal menu at the top can be graphically customized to suit your business
- Store categories in the left column
- Information menu in the left column
- Shopping cart in the left column
- Site search in the left column
- The colour of the items in the left column is changed to suit your business
- Left column box styling is customized graphically to your business
- Featured Products shown at bottom of home page 2, 3 or 4 per row if you choose
- Product listing page standard layout and 3 products per row
Product details page standard layout
- Inner content pages follow a simple layout
- All inner store pages and sections not mentioned follow the standard framework
- Website footer follows is the standard format
- See the examples of sites we have already built at this level to see if you are happy with the result.
- We add the first 10 products to the store – you can add unlimited products in the CMS. With each product we
enter the product name, upto 5 images, upto an a4 page of description text, the product weight if applicable,
the product model number if applicable and the stock on hand if applicable.
- We add the first 5 pages of content (i.e. 2 more other than Home, About Us and Contact Us)
- Privacy Policy & Shipping and Returns not included in this count unless they need styling i.e. addition
of images and formatting etc
- Must be a maximum of an A4 page each (reasonable size/spacing) and contain no more than 5
images
- Unlimited pages can be added by you in the CMS later which appear in the information box
- We configure initial 10 categories – you can enter unlimited categories in the CMS.
- A standard contact form on the Contact Us page
