Get a Domain Name. The domain name must contain one or more keywords. In your case, it could be 'cupcakes'. This contains the words cupcakes and cakes. So, say [login to view URL] or something like that. Although the company name is Sappy's Creations, it will not help in Search Engine Optimisation. I would recommend registering a .[login to view URL] instead of a .com. For local consumption (Perth and Australia), a .[login to view URL] will rank higher than a .com. Read about it over here.
Host the website on a Linux server with cgi-bin and SSI (server side includes).
Categorise Products. Organise products into categories such as cakes, cupcakes, cookies, toffees etc. This will help when you expand the website in the future. Display a few products from each category.
Name Products. Have a unique name for each cake, cupcake etc. That way, when someone orders they don't have to describe the product. They will just name it.
Describe Products. For each named product, have a brief two or three line description. It should contain a list of main ingredients. It should also contain a warning for people with a nut allergy. If the product comes in different sizes, then mention them.
Display Products. For each named and described product have a photograph. I will download photos from Sappy's Facebook page. That will be a long-drawn task. But I will need to know which photo belongs to which product. It helps if photos are of the same size.
Price Products (Optional). Display prices with the product, so that people know beforehand what it will cost. If you don't display prices, people will call you for the prices and most probably will not order anything. The call will end with "OK, I'll think it over and call you back". And nowadays, people don't have the time and patience of calling for prices and then calling again to order. They would rather order from a website that already has prices displayed. You can have a separate page for prices or have them together with the product. The later is better so that people can see what they are getting for the price. Look at [login to view URL] I made this website for one of our friends. Prices are included and he is doing good business. Note that keywords are also included in his domain name (Perth, Lamp and Oil).
Prices should include GST. Also, a payment method needs to be decided upon. Otherwise, people will order and not turn up to collect. That is a prank people play. Paypal is very popular nowadays. Everybody has a Paypal account.
Of course, if you want to proceed without pricing, that is your choice.
Please refer to some existing websites. Get an idea of how people are displaying their products.

You can see that both of them have keywords in their domain names.
Select a Colour Scheme for the Website. Background colour, font and font colour being the main players. This website will not look good on a plain white background. A light pastel colour such as lilac, peach or something similar will look good for this website. You can select a colour scheme from [login to view URL] You can have a separate colour for the background of each category.
Get Some Reviews (preferably favourable) for some of the products. That way we can have a testimonials page. It is good for business.
