Dear freelancers, We are a hosting company in The Netherlands. Our company is looking to build a new website. The website needs to be designed and developed by you. The design needs to be approved before it will be developed. During the development process, you will be assisted by our software developer to integrate the new website into our existing business processes. Our software developer is also available if there are any questions during the design or development process. The new website must have the following features: • An ISP like wizard for ordering all-in-one packages (For example [login to view URL]) • The wizard must have an overview fixed to the right which shows all the currently selected options and the total prices. It should have two sections; monthly/yearly and one-time costs. • Navigation bar with a large dropdown that stays when the mouse is not hovering over the menu item anymore. • Modern design • The design must be consistent across the whole website. • The website must be responsive. • The website must be fast. • Our contact details should be easily visible across the whole website. • Any example or placeholder text must be written in Dutch or English. • The source code must be well written and documented. There are also some other pages that need to be designed and developed. The text for these pages will be provided by us. Our current website uses WordPress. This has caused us some problems in the past. The new website must work with a content management system. This can be WordPress, but this can also be something else. The CMS must be discussed with us in advance. We have a couple of requirements: • The CMS (and website) must be very fast. • The CMS must be easy to use. • The CMS must be under active development. • The CMS must be free or reasonably priced. • An open source CMS is preferred. • The text of the website will be provided by us but must be easily editable in the future • The website must be easily customizable. • The CMS must have search engine optimization options.
