Build a WordPress-Based Writing Website

I’m looking for someone to develop a unique Wordpress-based responsive writing website with a clients’ and writers’ dashboards, order management script, a payment system that allows for discount codes and referral discount. THE SIMPLIFIED WORKING SYSTEM To be such that clients can sign up, post a job, upload relevant files and pay either the full amount, or half the amount. A writer start working on the paper with an option to update the progress of the work such that the client can see the progress on request. Once the writer finishes, he uploads the work, and if the client has paid the full amount, downloads the paper. The client will have an option to release the money when satisfied or request for revision and rate the writer. ACCOUNTS’ DASHBOARDS Clients’ dashboard: Order placing system, show all details related to their orders; requested orders, completed, in progress, under revision, referral links, with download and upload options, show balance, etc. Writers’ dashboard: To show the available orders, in progress, past order details, ratings, with download and upload options, show balance, actual balance, available balance and pending balance, request for payout etc. Admin dashboard: To have to various sections. For instance, sections where the admin can see and open profiles for writers, clients, and the order management system and sorting system. OTHER FEATURES Order management system: Accessible to the admin only. To display all the orders placed with the capability to be sorted with time, say total orders placed within a given number of days, with subsections of the orders completed, due today, in revision, rejected and in progress. Payment option: Payment via PayPal. To be configured such that clients can pay a certain amount before, and the other one after the job is done. Messaging platform, with the admin link in between the writers and clients, such that all messages have to be reviewed by the admin for approval to be seen by the other party. Chat platform The option to give admin rights to override the system, for instance, the admin can mark an order as paid, completed, etc. Other considerations mainly to do with website display things such as; sticky menu headers, writer reviews displays, top-rated writers profiles.
