Job Description:
I am a Florida Real Estate Broker, which gives me the authority to activate licenses within the state of Florida. When a person gets their real estate license, they have to have a Broker for their license to become active. Most agents have brokers that offer a variety of services and support, in return for monthly fees and a split on the commission of agent sales. I am looking to offer a “subscription” service for only a monthly fee to activate licenses within the state of Florida. I will not be offering ongoing support to agents unless they pay a separate fee.
I will have two main customer targets:
Experienced Agent – This will be an experienced agent only looking to have their license activated for the monthly fee. This should be a subscription product that is $197 per month, or $1,500 if they pay for the annually.
New Agent – This will be an agent new to the business. This person will likely be looking for our separate online course product which should be billed as a one-time lifetime membership.
We will be offering 2 main products:
Both of these products should have the option to add the opposite product at checkout
License Activation – This should be a subscription product that is $197 per month, or $1,500 if they pay for the year. This should come with a customer login that will allow the agent access to different digital assets (image files, document files, etc). There will be a document “terms and conditions agreement” that needs to get digitally signed prior to the sale of this product.
Online Video Course – This will be a one-time fee of $97 for lifetime access to this video course. This course will teach agents everything about working in the real estate industry. Videos will be updated as regulations change in order to remain up-to-date.
I am looking for someone to build this funnel to be fully operational, with the exception of the actual video training videos, which I can upload as I create them (one is already uploaded in my account as a place holder).
