Create a website for a real estate agency

I am looking for a person who is able to create a website for a real estate agency.

It will be a real estate company that sells and rents houses in the countryside in England.

Website design should be simple and calm.

The main task of website development is to figure out how best to integrate the Sales and Rent sections.

You will need to use it as a reference. In terms of how their Buying and Rental sections work and how the listings of houses in these sections are designed, this is exactly what I would like to see in the end.
