eBay store design

To start I need a professional face lift for my eBay store. I have scrapped the old template being used, in order to start from scratch. I will be investing into this existing eBay store first and than into a ecommerce through shoptify, around mid-July. I need a store template that is easy to make small adjustment, so I can add too the design as I build the business. Major updates will be done by you the freelancer / creator, based on my input. -What I know I would like : Colors: white background Green as the main color. (as for shade need recommendations) -I want the stores to have 3 main divisions with boxed/banner? links displayed on the home pg with listings of my choice from the division.( I would like to be able to change what is shown easily on my end) This will lead to a home style page for each division. This page will have all the categories from the division and items for sale. The 3 divisions will be : 1) New 2) Used 3)Barter (was thinking different main color for each Blue, Green & Yellow ... open to recommendations ) Each page will have a different banner or style but same lay out - I need a template page for other custom page links : 1)About us, 2)payments, 3)returns & 4)shipping. Changes : now international shipping - The product category list for Used & barter will be provided first. A few basic ones for the New. I would need the categories easy to change on my end. - I would need listing templates based on my product categories given. Lets say a to start 5 used templates 3 New listing templates 1 main barter - Logo design AUR TRADING .. with the letter R face backwards & room underneath to add the wording for the acronym, which changes on each division. I am just looking for the lettering right now on the logo more, I am still unsure of what image to use. Lets start with this.
