I want to create a dynamic interactive guide for my business agents to follow in a call centre. AIM: make the processing of customer calls as easy and mistake-proof as possible.
I have documents which are long and static and I want something which presents high level options to classify a customer call type as a bubble or tile to click on with a single click. Entering a blue bubble labelled "Billing" for example then shows sub level topics (all in different shades of blue to enable recognition of topic area during fast navigation) then a click through there goes to another and so on. At the end of each decision tree are bullet points of info an agent must ask from a customer to ensure the call is successful. This removes need to remember to ask for info. Levels of sub topic would be 4 maximum. Back button and back to start screen button required.
I want to be able to host this and 100 agents will access via a browser. Back end will be editable and configurable so I can change the titles for each level or colour and the bottom level bullet points. End product should look slick and professional - I can make this in Excel with buttons but want something much more polished.
