¿Qué buscamos? - Técnico o universitario o trunco de administración, ingeniería industrial y carreras afines. - 2 años de experiencia en gestión de operaciones o administración (experiencia como jefe de planta) - Deseable curso en gestión comercial. - Conocimientos informáticos - Paquete Office Nivel Intermedio - Manejo de base de datos Nivel Intermedio. - Indicadores de gestión y/o Reportes Nivel Intermedio - Conocimiento en Software o ERP. - Manejo de personalCOMPETENCIAS Y HABILIDADES: - Observador. - Liderazgo. - Control y reporte. - Comunicación asertiva. - Trabajo en equipo. - Ordenado. - Disciplinado. - Toma de decisiones. - Motivador Funciones: -Asegurarse que la planta cuente con todos los accesorios operativos de acuerdo al reglamento incluyendo pilas para los equipos menores. -Comunicar al Gerente de Unidad de Negocio y al personal corporativo el cambio en la infraestructura o distribución en la sede a su cargo. -Atender a los clientes ante cualquier consulta o duda. -Abastecer y controlar los útiles de escritorio para el personal administrativo de la planta. -Abastecer y controlar los útiles de limpieza para el personal de limpieza. -Responsable de la actualización del periódico Mural de la Planta. -Cumplir con todos los procedimientos formalizados, actualizados y enviados por el área de Gestión de Procesos y los procedimientos e indicaciones que fueron validados en las reuniones con la administración. -Estar en comunicación con el ingeniero de planta y darle soporte en cualquier duda o inconveniente. - Supervisar que los asistentes de servicio registren los datos de los clientes tanto en la protección de datos como en la entrega de los certificados - Funciones administrativas correspondientes al cargo.¿Qué ofrecemos? - Capacitación constante - Línea de carrera - Salario acorde al mercado - Jornada completa
