Order online solution

Hi all, I want someone to make a "order online" for a restaurant. Website is almost finish. Just need to make "order online page" some little work, Micro project. - You need to add some shopping cart. - Add item+, View items, Update, & Checkout BUTTONS. - Need a add a "radio button" called 'collection' or 'delivery'. [have a look at attached image '[login to view URL]'] - Finally in checkout keep it simple like other website do "login/register". - Main color I want similar to my website "Orange color". Payment option: I want customers to choose either pay with "PayPal" or "Credit Card". Minimum order will be £15. If less than that then customer can't go to "checkout". checkout will be disable. Next project will be adding a SMS/GPRS printer to my site. [I may contact other company to do this setup. If you think you can do this then I will pay you some extra. I am sure setting up will be coming with user Manuel]. Its really simple just need to add some API configuration(some scripts of language).
