Photoshop to Joomla conversion

I've designed a Photoshop PSD Layout, which should be converted to html/joomla template. So that means:

* Cut out the PSD for HTML conversion

* Then put in the specific Joomla Tags/Navigation into the HTML

CSS would be nice. It should work within Mozilla /IE.
