المشروع بشكل مختصر: # موقع يربط الزبائن مع مقدمي الخدمة # المنصة قائمة بشكل كامل بين ثلاثة أطراف (مقدم الخدمة | الزبون | اداري الموقع) ويجب أن يكون اداري الموقع ضمن المنظومة بشكل كامل. # يجب أن يكون للموقع أداة لمراقبة سير العمل وتحديد المستخدم الذي قام بعملية معينة عند انتهائه من العملية. # يجب أن يكون لإداري الموقع الصلاحية المطلقة من الدخول وتصفح أي حساب والقدرة على رؤية الرسائل المتبادلة بين الطرفين واستعراض الملفات المرفقة. # جميع التواصل والمعاملات سواء بين الزبون ومقدم الخدمة وإداري الموقع تتم عن طريق البريد الداخلي للموقع بكل يسر وسهولة وبشكل موثق يسمح للرجوع اليها بسهولة وسرعة. # أي ملف يتم تحميله عن طريق الموقع يكون مختوم بالوقت والتاريخ على نفس الملف. التزامات عامة: # جميع حقوق الموقع لصاحب المشروع. # محتوى الموقع (Source Code) يعتبر من حقوق وملكية صاحب المشروع بأي حال من الأحوال ولا يسمح بالتعديل عليها واستخدامها لأي غرض اخر. # عدم وجود أي دعاية أو اسم على الموقع لأي مصدر سواء المنفذ أو الاستضافة...إلخ. # عدم نشر أي معلومة عن العمل المنجز أو صاحب العمل. # البرمجة بالكامل يجب أن تكون باحترافية وقابلة للتعديل، ويجب أن يتم الأخذ بعين الاعتبار أن تكون قابلة وسهلة للعمل عليها من قبل فريق عمل اخر عند عملية انتقال المشروع (project transition). # يجب ان تكون التصاميم Interactive design (UI/UX) بشكل احترافي ضمن أفضل الممارسات العالمية. # الموقع باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (المحتويات متوفرة وجاهزة). # سيتم توفير شرائح العرض وتصور عام عن فكرة المشروع والية عمله (Workflow) وسيتم اعتمادها: كأدنى معيار (Minimum Criteria). # الاستضافة و SSL CERTIFICATE والدومين والبريد الالكتروني سيتم دفعها بشكل مستقل من قبلي. # ستكون فترة الضمان لمدة سنة
