Project Manager to look after building website including content and more

I need a project manager to help me with the many things I need to do for my business presence online
We need someone to build me a website. This includes researching competitors to help you write content (it's a regular auto parts shop). You can build website yourself or hire someone (out of your own pay) to build it. If you hire someone, you need to give them instructions (We dont want to manage more people). Same with content, if you want to outsource it, that's up to you. So please quote based on getting the website done, we will only provide logins to where the domain is and then you take care of everything else.
We also need a facebook page fully set up with content scheduled for the next couple of weeks to keep it active and build engagement. You will need to create posts - photos, videos and anything else for posting.
We want our business to appear on search results so I will need you to make this happen as well. This would involve a google listing and maybe directories. If you use paid directory, please factor that in your budget.
Related to the above, the website needs to be good and fast and would like for it to be top search for my business in my area and neighbouring suburbs, say +30km.
This will be an ongoing project for maybe 1-3 months, I need a self-starter that doesn't need too many instructions and can take this off my plate and just get it done.
