AI Questionnaire UI Redesign & Enhancement -- 2

UI REQUIREMENT DOCUMENT Project Title: Origine Secret AI Powered Questionnaire Project Overview : This project involves redesigning and enhancing the user interface of an existing web-based questionnaire system that provides AI-driven solutions. The current design is responsive for all 3 devices (PC, tablet, mobile) but it is not consistent and efficient. The updated design must be responsive across devices (PC, tablet, mobile), consistent, more interactive, and visually enriched through animations, transitions, and high-quality assets. Scope of UI Redesign: Responsiveness: The existing questionnaire interface must be made fully responsive. Optimizations required for PC, tablet, and mobile resolutions. Questionnaire Flow: Use the same questions as the current implementation. Enhance the UI/UX of each question to make the interaction smoother, more intuitive, and visually engaging. Include animations and transitions to make the questionnaire feel dynamic and interactive while transitioning from one question to another. You may change the look of each question and each option as well. Assets & Brand Guidelines: Existing assets (images, icons, illustrations) will be provided. Additional product-related assets will also be shared. Use provided brand kit and 3D product mockups. You may enhance 3D mockups using AI tools. If third-party or stock assets are used, all sources and files must be submitted. Animations & Transitions: Add subtle and appealing transitions between questions. Incorporate hover and tap animations. Include micro-interactions to improve engagement. Interactive Loader: After completing the questionnaire, display an engaging, animated loader. The loader should visually represent the preparation or customisation of a product. Report Page: Redesign the report/results page with engaging visuals. Add smooth page-load transitions and animations. Include high-quality assets for the hair concerns and diseases components (provided or selected to match brand aesthetics). Prototype: A complete, clickable prototype must be delivered. It should cover all screen sizes and states (loading, error, completed, etc.). Inspiration: You may refer to the Formulate website's questionnaire flow for layout and experience. (link) Additional improvements in design, interactivity, and animations are highly encouraged beyond the reference. Deliverables: Fully responsive UI design for PC, tablet, and mobile. High-fidelity mockups (desktop, tablet, mobile views). Interactive, animated questionnaire screens. Custom animated loader screen. Engaging report/result page with animations. Clickable prototype (Figma). Full asset list (including any third-party assets used). UI component library (optional but preferred). All deliverables should be provided in 3 days (Project Timeline).
