SaaS website: Design 7x templates that can be implemented to update current website

Job Description:
We've selected a new logo and colour palette, and are also conscious that our pages need a structure update as well as design refresh.
We need 7x templates designed that can then be used to guide web developers when updating the site.
1. Home page
2. Key feature page
3. Landing page (for PPC)
4. Case study page
5. Pricing
6. About us
7. Why it works
These pages already exist, but the copy/content would be updated to fit the new template. Expectation is that designer would have knowledge of an optimum page structure for each template that we can work with.
FYI Optional addition is that we would also have up to 6 simplified animations (5 second length loops) that illustrate how our product works in an easy to visualise way.
