simple, but urgent - html/css work

I have 2 website templates on a single website (there's an intro page that allows the visitor to choose which "department" to go to). Each "side" of the website needs to have some work done, but it should be a very quick job for someone who knows CSS very well.

These are tableless designs. There is a floating div container that holds all the content of each page. There are 6 html pages and a .css file. All the work was already done, but then we decided to shrink the size of the floating content window, so now there are a few text/image elements that can't be seen completely because they overflow past the div container. I just need a few adjustments made so that they fit inside the container. You will be able to see what I mean when you look at the website.

Also, the floating div container needs to be centered both vertically and horizontally (actually, the horizontal part works fine... I need you to make it so that it centers vertically as well). Again, you'll be able to see what I mean when you look at the site.

Most of this work has already been done. You are only making a few CSS adjustments because I simply don't have time to do it myself.

This is very URGENT! I need most of this work done by tomorrow.

I also have other work that needs to be done, but it will be much easier to explain everything once you see the website.
