Used car reseller web-site

For a used car selling company I need a web-site.

There only have to be 4 menu items Home Occasions News and Contact. Most important is the item Occasions. Under this item all available cars mus be displayed (small picture) and if you click on it showing 4 to 5 more pictures. Within the list off occasions there must be the possebility to sort on Building year and Price.
