Web programmer: migrating our website to WP

Hello everybody, this is Gabriela from Neotropical Nature and Birding Trips. We are an Ecuador based tour operator and we also have an outdoor gear line of products which we wish to start selling on-line. You may have seen previous projects I posted, those had to be postponed and updated according to evolving needs and findings about our website.
We currently have our website- built in Weebly, but due to the platform´s limitations we have decided to switch to WordPress. This means that we need tu re build our site, and we need your help doing so:
-We need to publIsh the site as soon as possible
-We will need you to create the online store for us and have it ready to go
-We also need to add some tours that are to be sold online, which need to be diplayed in spanish only
-After migrating our site we do not want to lose our search engine positioning, which is pretty good at the moment.
-We need you to install a plugin to translate the site to Spanish (something we currently dont have), the manual tranlastion of most of the text has been done already.
Our website will end up having 3 main parts:
*Nature and birding trips: Mainly the content we currently have in our website, and in the future we need this displayed both in English and Spanish. We now have a booking and payment platform linked to our ¨book now¨ buttons, and wish to have this working the same way in the future. Here you can check our current website: [login to view URL]
*Outdoor gear store: we need to add products, and in the checkout process include a registration form, and acceptance of terms and conditions before customer proceeds to payment. Must be displayed in Spanish
*Expeditions: these will be fixed departure tours that will be locally marketed, displayed in Spanish
Previous experience with tour operator (or similar) website projects is much appreciated
The work should include SEO, we are open to your proposals.
