2A. Issue Space Tickets – PRIORITY PROJECT
An event on Pulse is created in the normal way. But some events on Pulse will also be tagged as ‘Space Event Ibiza’ via [url removed, login to view] feature should be located under the tab ‘Users’. There should also be a warning ‘Are you sure you want to do this?’ with confirm and cancel.
An error reply should display the full error.
If there is no error, then the order confirmation page should display, tickets should display, and pdf tickets sent via email.
The design of the pdf tickets, online tickets and reporting should be the same.
2B Cancel Space Tickets – PRIORITY PROJECT
When Space tickets are displayed on this page [url removed, login to view] the delete button will cancel the tickets. This is outlined in 2.3.2. CancelaEntrada FUNCTION document.
3. Close Events
At the moment tickets can have the status Selling, Sold Out or Closed. I would like to add another status called ‘Closed’. This is a pause function. So tickets can be temporarily / permanently stopped from selling and if need be, tickets can go back on sale. It is different to the closed function because it does not change the available inventory. It only stops the ticket & buy button from displaying. It does not change the dates or inventory.
It should be possible to update the status via My Events Summary [url removed, login to view]:97
While tickets are on sale, the Status column should have drop-down menus defauting to ‘Selling’ with a second option ‘Stop Selling’. When tickets are sold out, or the dates do not allow selling, the standard hard-coded (non editable) status should display either Sold Out or Closed.
If a ticket is closed, the buy buttons disappear and the message should be displayed CLOSED. For example, an additional field where the default message is CLOSED but this could be changed to TICKETS AVAILABLE ON THE DOOR
4. Selling Status
On this page [url removed, login to view]:97 the status of the tickets is Closed which is correct. In the bottom left of the page under ‘Statistics’ the status is ‘Selling’ but it should also be Closed because the event end date is in the past.
On this page [url removed, login to view] when searching for ‘Circoloco Haloween Special’ it shows event status as Selling. These should also be Closed because they are past events.
5. Inventory Holds
On [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] there is a new message. ‘You have x:xx min to complete this purchase’ with x:xx being a timer counting down from 5 minutes.
6. Cart Quantity
If an event has an available quantity left of less than 7 tickets, then the individual event page shows the correct available quantity in the drop-down menu. For example if the quantity available is 3, then the quantity selection is 1-3 in the drop down menu. If 3 is selected and the cart is viewed, then the quantity available in the cart is still 1-7. The cart quantity should only be 1-3.
7. Download Email List
On this page [url removed, login to view]:97 please add the field EMAIL after LAST NAME so that customer emails can be downloaded in the csv file.
8. Homepage Sidebar Recommended
The Recommended tab is missing the artist names. It should work the same as the Popular tab.
9. Twitter Sharing
Twitter sharing is just sharing the url. The twitter sharing should be the page title, then url.
For example, events should share the event name then url.
